THE IMPORTANCE OF MINDFULNESS IN EDUCATION.

    Teacher should attend mindfulness workshops or conferences, online courses or certification programs

3. Student engagement

    Make mindfulness fun and interactive  through games, videos, apps and try to incorporate mindfulness into extra curricular activities.
